The hot air blower includes a main body case 3 having an inlet 1, an outlet 2, a blower part 4, and the heating part 5. The hot air blower has a main body block 40 including a static atomization block 50 is provided to deliver ion mist from a mist outlet 17 as high voltage is applied to a discharge electrode 12. The main body case 3 is in double cylinder structure, setting the inner side for a warm air outlet 2a, and the outer side for a cold air outlet 2b. The delivery direction of ion mist discharged outward through the mist outlet 17 is set to be roughly parallel to the delivery direction of air discharged from the main body block 40 through the outlet 2 outward.
