Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air circulation furnace which sets heating temperature therein for each heating area, performs a series of heating processes as continuous operation, guides hot air to individual works arranged in the front and rear of the conveyance direction and thereby efficiently heats the works.SOLUTION: Provided is the hot air circulation furnace in which: a tunnel-shaped furnace body 1 has an outward route conveyance surface 2a for works W arranged therein; a space that surrounds the outward route conveyance surface 2a in a tunnel shape is set as a heating chamber 15; hot air circulation passages 16 that partition the heating chamber 15 in a tunnel shape are provided; the outward route conveyance surface 2a includes ventilation ports S through which hot air can vertically pass and partition plates 10 which partition the works W that are serially arranged in front and rear of a conveyance direction L into individual ones; the heating chamber 15 is partitioned into heating regions X each corresponding to a fixed position of each of the works W that are serially arranged on the conveyance direction L; each of the hot air circulation passages 16 partitioned for each heating region X is provided with an air heating source 17 and a multiblade fan 18; work heating temperature is set for each of the heating regions X; and there are provided hot air inflow ports 21, 22 in the vicinity of a start end of each hot air circulation passage 16, at an upper part of one side surface of the heating chamber 15 corresponding to the outward route conveyance surface 2a side and at a lower surface of the heating chamber, respectively, and a hot air outflow port 23 at an upper part of the heating chamber 15 so as to communicate with the hot air circulation passage 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
