Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air generator furnace using solid fuel as main fuel, capable of effectively using a calorific value of the solid fuel such as wood chips or RPF, and reducing an amount of used fossil fuel.SOLUTION: A hot air generator furnace includes an auxiliary burner 7 provided on one end of a kiln furnace main body 4 having an inner circumferential surface on which a heat resistance caster 3 is provided, for assisting in burning solid fuel; and a secondary combustion chamber 10 provided on the other end thereof, for burning and decomposing scattering unburned combustible contents falling to follow flue gas from the solid fuel. Furthermore, the hot air generator furnace includes a storage hopper 13 provided in a lower portion of the secondary combustion chamber 10 for storing combustion ashes and solid unburned combustible contents of the solid fuel discharged from the kiln main body 4. An air supply pipe 16 is provided along an outer circumference of the storage hopper 13 upward of a discharge gate 14 provided on a lower end of the storage hopper 13 and discharging the combustion ashes, so as to inject and supply re-combustion air to the solid unburned combustible contents discharged to the storage hopper 13.
