Abstract:
To provide a hot blast stove system and an operation method of a hot blast stove by which the pressure in the hot blast stove can be sufficiently increased during a combustion operation.SOLUTION: A hot blast stove system 1 includes a hot blast stove 4 for blowing hot blast to a blast furnace 2 and burning fuel gas in the hot blast stove, a fuel gas supplying line 5 for supplying BFG from the blast furnace 2 to the hot blast stove 4 as the fuel gas, and a blower 52 installed in the fuel gas supplying line 5 for boosting the BFG. The fuel gas supplying line 5 takes BFG out at a downstream side of a top pressure recovery facility 35 of a top gas recovery line 3 which takes BFG out of the furnace top 21 of the blast furnace 2. The power of the blower 52 is supplied from an exhaust pressure recovery facility 441 for recovering exhaust pressure and exhaust heat from the exhaust gas of the hot blast stove 4 at the time of combustion operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
