Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting device also capable of dealing with a metallic material having a high solidification point such as pure aluminum.SOLUTION: Provided is a hot chamber casting device 10 comprising: a pod 60 heating and holding a molten metal; a nozzle tube 20 having a molten metal passage 21, and in which one end part is connected to a mold to inject the molten metal; a chamber cylinder 30 connected to the other edge part of the nozzle tube and fixed to the pod; and a piston 50 stored so as to be reciprocated in the chamber cylinder. In a state where the whole of the chamber cylinder is immersed into the molten metal, it is horizontally fixed to the pod.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
