Abstract:
To efficiently cast an aluminum-based molten metal using a hot chamber die-casting machine.
In a hot chamber die-casting machine 1 for casting an aluminum-based molten metal 2, at least parts constituting an injection mechanism 8 for injecting the aluminum-based molten metal 2 are composed of an aluminum-based corrosion-resistant alloy metal which has a composition consisting of, by weight, 50 to 60% cobalt as a principal component, 18 to 28% chromium, 4 to 17% molybdenum, 2 to 5% nickel, 0 to 5% iron and the balance other metals.
