To provide a hot-cold water mixing valve device for straightening hot and cold water supplied to a discharge part of a hot-cold water mixing faucet with hot and cold supply water mixed without greatly reducing a flow rate while suppressing water flow noise.
The hot-cold water mixing valve device 1 comprises a fixed valve element 4 fixed to a housing 2 and having cold water supply flow-in holes 14, 20 and hot water flow-in ports 16, 22 and hot-cold water flow-out holes 18, 24 out of which hot-cold mixed water flows, and a movable valve element 6 arranged on the upper face of the fixed valve element slidably from an open position to a closed position. An inside flow path 28 of the movable valve element includes an annular portion 38 and an intermediate portion 40 each formed in an almost annular shape and made to communicate with a hot water and cold water supply flow-in portion of the fixed valve element at an open position. On the upstream-end inner periphery of the annular portion, a plurality of fin-shaped protruded portions 46, 48, 50 and 52 are arrayed which are protruded toward the intermediate portion. The protruded portions neighboring each other are arranged so that a space therebetween is narrower toward front ends of the protruded portions from base ends thereof.
