Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to simply perform a heat treatment such as a solution heat treatment in which it is necessary to cool an interior of a treatment chamber of a HIP apparatus in short time and to rapid cool the interior thereof.SOLUTION: A HIP apparatus 1 of the present invention comprises: a gas impermeable casing; heating means 7; and a high-pressure vessel 2. An inner channel 22 guiding pressure medium gas from down to up is provided in the casing. The pressure medium gas is circulated along a first circulation flow 41 flowing from the inner channel 22 and returning to the inner channel 22 via an outer channel 12, and a second circulation flow 42 introducing the pressure medium gas branched off from the first circulation flow 41 to an inner circumference side to heat exchange with a treatment target W in a treatment chamber, and feeding back the pressure medium gas after the heat exchange to the first circulation flow 41. The HIP apparatus 1 includes: a cooling promotion heat accumulator 43 provided below the treatment chamber, and cooling the pressure medium gas in the second circulation flow 42 after the heat exchange with the treatment target W before the pressure medium gas merges with the first circulation flow 41; and a cooling promotion channel 44 guiding the pressure medium gas in the second circulation flow 42 to the heat accumulator 43.
