Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve a cooling consistency by scrupulously controlling the circulating gas which executes cooling after HIP treatment at the lower part of a furnace chamber.

CONSTITUTION: The valve means 22 each having mutually different opening degree at the time of a full opening are provided respectively at the lower part vent hole 24 formed at the lower part of the furnace chamber in a radical arrangement, and the valve driving means 28 which makes these valve means 22 open and close freely independently is provided.
