To perform quick cooling by using a stirring fan even to a high temperature treatment without elevating manufacturing costs in a hot isotropic pressing device.
This hot isotropic pressing device 1 includes a high-pressure container 2 in which a pressure medium gas can be charged, a treatment chamber 5 disposed in the high-pressure container 2 and receiving the treated object, and a heating means 6 disposed in the high-pressure container 2 and heating the pressure medium gas in the treatment chamber 5, and further includes a heat insulating member 28 which is disposed at a lower side with respect to the heating means 6, and partitions the treatment chamber 5 into an upper high-temperature section 31 and a lower low-temperature section 32, and through which the pressure medium gas can permeate, the stirring fan 20 disposed in the low-temperature section 32, and stirring the pressure medium gas in the treatment chamber 5 by sending the pressure medium gas in the low-temperature section 32 to the high-temperature section 31, and a control section 35 for promoting cooling by equalizing heat in the treatment chamber 5 by rotating the stirring fan 20, when the pressure medium gas in the treatment chamber 5 is cooled to an allowable temperature or lower predetermined on the basis of heat resisting performance of the stirring fan 20.
