Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the thermal uniformity of a hot zone during pressurization treatment of a treating object, in a hot isotropic pressurizing device having a structure of the lower end of a casing forming the hot zone being closed by a bottom wall part.SOLUTION: An HIP device 100 comprises an outside casing 4 with an outside opening 4H opened, an inner casing 5 with an inner opening 5H opened, a thermal insulation body R disposed between the outside casing 4 and the inner casing 5, a gas flow generation part 30, and multiple first gas ducts 12. A hot zone P applying pressurizing treatment is formed inside the inner casing 5. In the pressurizing treatment time, low temperature pressure medium gas generated by the gas flow generation part 30 and passing through the first gas ducts 12 rises through an inner flow passage L1 between the casings, and flows into the hot zone P from the inner opening 5H. Even when the pressure medium gas leaks from the peripheral part of a bottom wall part 20, the thermal uniformity of the hot zone P can be maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
