Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a hot-melt road-marking paint having high abrasion resistance and capable of keeping the visibility at night over a long period.
CONSTITUTION: This paint is a hot-melt road-marking paint composed of a binder resin such as petroleum resin, a pigment, a filler and glass beads, etc., and containing 1-15wt.% (based on the total resin) of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin for improving the abrasion resistance and 30-60wt.% of glass beads for improving the visibility at night.
