Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a temperature controller capable of ideally controlling a temperature of a hot nozzle for runnerless injection molding of plastics in accordance with a molding state.

CONSTITUTION: The temperature controller comprises thermocouples 10, 11 for detecting temperatures of a top of a nozzle part 2 of a hot nozzle 1 and the position upstream thereof; temperature adjusters 12, 13 comparing detection temperatures detected by the thermocouples 10, 11 with set temperatures set in accordance with these positions and each outputting a signal in accordance with a difference between the two; and an electric power adjustor selectively connected to the temperature adjustors 12, 13 through a switching means 18 to supply an electric power to the hot nozzle.
