Abstract:
To maintain uniformity of pression force distribution even if a pressing surface dimension of a punch becomes large.SOLUTION: Hot press equipment comprising: a heating furnace: a pair of punches which vertically face each other in the heating furnace; a lower press ram which is connected to an underside of a lower punch, which is positioned on a lower side, of the pair of punches; an upper press ram which is connected to a top face of an upper punch, which is positioned on an upper side, of the pair of punches; and a pressing device which is connected to any one or both of the lower press ram and the upper press ram, and presses the pair of punches so that the punches approach each other. The lower press ram and/or the upper press ram comprises individual press rams which are located at prescribed intervals, and one end of each of which is connected to the pair of punches.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
