Abstract:
PURPOSE: To permit the removal of impurities out of powder in a dice under a condition that the dice is set in a furnace.
CONSTITUTION: A gas introducing passage 5 for introducing gas directly into a dice 2, arranged in a furnace, from the outside of the furnace, is provided and gas (H2), abundant in reacting property with impurities (oxygen, carbon), is introduced into the dice 2 through the gas introducing passage 5.
