PURPOSE: To provide a quite low loss of delay in responding operation or transmitting force due to employment of a screw type lifter and a servomotor as a driving means as well as to improve an accuracy in control of pressurizing force and concurrently to eliminate expansion or shrinkage of working oil to produce a less amount of error due to no application of hydraulic equipment and further to improve an accuracy in position control of a pushing rod.
CONSTITUTION: A heater 6 and a pressure measuring device 7 are arranged within a heating chamber 3, a load cell 9 is arranged at either an upper pushing rod 10 or a lower pushing rod 16 passing through the heating chamber 3, the other pushing rod is provided with a driving device 4 constructed by a jack 14 and a servomotor 22. A pressurizing force measured by the load cell 9 is corrected by a pressure of the heating chamber 3 measured by the pressure measuring device 7 and it is controlled such that a pressurizing force measured by the load cell 9s may become a set value.
