Abstract:
To provide a lance for hot repair capable of uniformly cooling the whole and preventing deformation.SOLUTION: A thermal spray lance 100 as a lance for hot repair comprises: an inner tube 10 in which a repair material H is circulated at the inside; and an outer tube 20 provided at the outside in the radial direction of the inner tube 10. Air is circulated between the inner tube 10 and the outer tube 20, further, at least one spacer 5 is provided. The spacer(s) 5 is a circular-arc-shaped planer member having a circular-arc shaped inner edge 51 and a circular-arc shaped outer edge 52 located at the outside in the radial direction of the inner edge 51, in the spacer 5, the inner edge 51 is provided along the outer circumference 13 of the inner tube 10, and further, it is tilted to the central axis of the inner tube 10. In this way, air flowing between the inner tube 10 and the outer tube 20 is stirred, the thermal spray lance 100 is uniformly cooled, and the deformation of the thermal spray lance 100 caused by heating is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
