Abstract:
To provide a hot rolled steel sheet having a low coefficient of friction (good sliding property) and good ductility.
By executing hot rough rolling to a steel base-stock, super-high pressure descaling whose collision pressure is ≥25kgf/cm2 on at least one side of the obtained sheet bar and, next, temper rolling at an elongation percentage of ≤0.8% after subjecting to hot finish rolling and pickling, the surface roughness at least on one-side surface of the steel sheet is made into Ra of ≤0.8μm, Rmax of ≤0.4μm and Rv/Rmax of ≤0.7.
