Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rough bar from colliding against a heating device and to enhance heating efficiency.
SOLUTION: This rolling equipment train is provide with a roughing mill 1 for making a slab into the rough bar 2 by executing rough rolling and finishing mill 7 for making the rough bar 2 into a hot rolled steel strip by executing finish rolling. In such a case, plural heating devices 6 are provided along the longitudinal direction of the rough bar 2 between the roughing mill 1 and the finishing mill 7 and stripper guides 5 for guiding the rough bar 2 in the center part of the heating devices 6 are provided on the inlet side of each heating device 6.
