Abstract:
To provide the hot-rolling oil for aluminum, the hot-rolling coolant for aluminum containing the hot-rolling oil, and the manufacturing method of the aluminum rolled sheet using the coolant, wherein the hot-rolling oil for aluminum can suppress generation of surface defects even when a high-strength aluminum material is rolled, and can reduce an amount of aluminum powder generated.SOLUTION: The hot-rolling oil for aluminum has a kinematic viscosity at a temperature of 40°C of 30 cSt or more to 160 cSt or less, the coolant contains the hot-rolling oil, and the manufacturing method of the aluminum rolled sheet uses this coolant. The rolled oil contains a base oil, a fatty acid and an oily agent. The fatty acid has 12 to 20 carbon atoms and a concentration of 2 mass% or more. The oily agent contains at least one of a synthetic ester and a natural fat/oil. The synthetic ester has a number average molecular weight of 650 or more and one or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule, or has the number average molecular weight of 850 or more. The natural fat/oil has the amount of fatty acids having 18 or more carbon atoms of 55 mass% or more based on a total fatty acid composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
