Abstract:

To prevent the deformation of a molded product caused by the inferiority of resin filling balance or partial heating to accurately and inexpensively perform injection molding at a high speed by providing a heat insulating member between a nozzle touch part introducing a molten resin from the injection machine of a hot runner part and the mold part coming into contact with the nozzle touch part.

Heat insulating members 30 are incorporated in the respective contact parts of the hot runner part of a hot runner mold, other mold, a gate bush part 3 and a fixed template 9. Heaters 4, 5, 6 are controlled on the basis of the temp. distribution measured by an infrared thermal image apparatus to correct the temp. distribution of the hot runner part to highly accurately set the same and wasteful power consumption is suppressed. The same or arbitrary resin pressure and resin flow rate are sent to the optimum gate capable of performing molding at uniform temp. under uniform pressure through the hot runner part. A molded product can be accurately and inexpensively subjected to injection molding at a high speed by preventing the deformation of a molded product caused by the inferiority of resin filling balance or partial overheating.
