Title:
HOT STAMP TYPE TRANSFERING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6189083
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the separability of an object (or box) to be transfered better without causing the loosening of the edge portion of the object by heat and also the discoloration of the object by using a system in which a foil is clamped near the perimeter of an object and slightly lowered from the upside of the object to give the foil a tension, and then a press stamp is lowered.

CONSTITUTION: A foil 1 is automatically sent out through guide rolls 9 from a sender 3 to a winder 2 and held by a clamp 7 in the neighborhood of the edge of the foil 1, where an object 5 to be transfered is centered. The clamp 7 is slightly lowered from the upside of the object 5, and a silicone rubber press stamp 4 heated is then lowered for transfering. When the temperature of the stamp 4 is raised (200°C or lower), a slack is occurred in the object 5 by heat and a discoloration also takes place. When the temperature is too low, the separation of the object 5 takes place. Therefore, the temperature rise to 140°C is adequate.
