To surely sterilize hot water in a bath tub for a considerably long period of time, and effectively sterilize the hot water by efficiently utilizing heat energy for heating the hot water in the bath tub to a set temperature.
A hot water circulation type bath tub device which is operated for 24 hours continuously, comprises a circulating pump 2 for circulating hot water in a bath tub 1, a heater 3 for heating the hot water which is circulated by the circulating pump 2, and a filter tub 4 for clearing the circulating hot water. The hot water circulation type bath tub device allows a hot water circulating path 5, through which hot water is circulated by the circulating pump 2 to be diverged into a heating path 7 and bypass 8 at a separator 10. The hot water which is separatedly circulated through the heating path 7 and the bypass 8 is re-mixed by a mixer 11 for further circulation to the bath tub 1. The heating path 7 is connected to the heater 3. The heater 3 heats the hot water to 50°C or more over the heating conditions of the hot water circulated to the heating path 7. The hot water heated in the heating path 7 is mixed with the hot water which is circulated through the bypass 8 by the mixer 11, and then is circulated to the bath tub 1.
