PURPOSE: To provide a mixing type hot water device which makes it possible to prevent the supply of hot water at a dangerous temperature and supply hot water safely.
CONSTITUTION: Hot water of a hot water tank 21, which incorporates a heater 26, is boiled up on the basis of water temperature delected by water temperature detector 28 and hot water temperature set with a hot water temperature setting value volume 43 and mixed with heated water from a heater 30 which starts and stops the heating being interlocked with the operation of an anus washing switch 40 and a stop switch 42 bypass pipe 22 by way of constant ratio mixing means 24 and 24'. Hot water temperature is adjusted by controlling the heater 30 so as to provide hot water at the temperature set with the hot water temperature setting volume 43.
