Title:
HOT-WATER HEATING TERMINAL UNIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3888336
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water heating terminal unit capable of preventing the temperature of hot water in a pipe from being considerably dropped when performing the preheat operation.
SOLUTION: The hot-water heating terminal unit comprises a circulation fan 10 to circulate air in a toilet, a heat exchanger 20 disposed in an air circulation passage by the circulation fan 10, and a flow control valve 30 to control the feed of hot water to the heat exchanger 20. In the preheat operational mode to opening/closing-control the flow control valve 30 based on the temperature of the heat exchanger, the flow control valve 30 is opened to the predetermined opening if the temperature of the heat exchanger is dropped below the lower limit value, and the flow control valve 30 is forcibly and totally closed if the temperature of the heat exchanger rises above the upper limit value. If the temperature of the heat exchanger is not dropped below the lower limit value even when the determination time is elapsed after the flow control valve 30 is closed, the flow control valve 30 is opened to the predetermined opening.
