To allow a user to select whether hot water pouring is preferentially performed even if energy saving performance is sacrificed or the energy saving performance is preferentially performed even if completion of the hot water pouring is delayed when the user requires the hot water pouring when exhaust heat recovery in a hot water storage tank is insufficient.
When a hot bath automatic switch SW is turned on (S2), the storage hot water is poured by sending out a signal to a body controller when the amount of storage hot water is sufficient (S3 and S4), and the hot water is poured by operation of an auxiliary heat source device by sending out the signal to the body controller when the storage hot water is insufficient and a heat/electric power cogenerating device is not operated (S3, S5, and S6). When the storage hot water is sufficient and the heat/electric power cogenerating device is operated, selection is urged to the user on whether the hot water pouring is released by holding sending-out of the signal, or the hot water pouring is forced by leaving the signal as it is or the storage hot water is poured by waiting up to finishing the exhaust heat recovery by operation of the heat/electric power cogenerating device (S7). When selecting waiting, the hot bath boiling-up time is arithmetically operated and notified, and after finishing the exhaust heat recovery, the hot water pouring is performed (S8 and S11).
