To provide a hot water supply device with a simple configuration, delivering hot water at a temperature in which a user does not become discontent with the sensible temperature for effectively saving on energy.
The hot water supply device 1 has a control device 4 for delivering the hot water while variance controlling the temperature of the hot water. The control device 4 controls the hot water temperature by repeating a first step of delivering the hot water while decreasing the temperature from a set temperature T0 and decreasing the hot water temperature to predetermined lower limit temperature T1, and a second step of delivering the hot water while increasing the temperature to the set temperature T0 after the first step. Then, a speed of increasing the hot water temperature is made to be faster than decreasing speed. In such delivery of hot water by fluctuation temperature control, the user does not feel descending of temperature even the temperature is gradually lowered to the lower limit temperature T1 and can feel rising of the temperature only when rising by suddenly raising the temperature before feeling cold. The user thereby does not feel discontent with the hot water delivery at average temperature lower than the set temperature T0.
