Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater capable of urging a user to make inquiries to a contractor, when it is time for maintenance and inspection.SOLUTION: A water heater includes a hot water supply part, and a control part. The control part includes: a determination part for determining whether or not the hot water supply part has reached a long term use state in which it is used for a long time equal to or longer than a predetermined period (S11); and an ignition timing change part for, in the case where it is determined by the determination part that the hot water supply part has not reached the long time use state (S11: NO), performing ignition to a burner when a flow rate detected by a flow rate detection part has become equal to or greater than a first threshold value (S12: YES), and in the case where it is determined by the determination part that the hot water supply part has reached the long time use state(S11: YES), for performing ignition to the burner when the flow rate detected by the flow rate detection part has become equal to or greater than a second threshold value which is larger than the first threshold value (S14: YES).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
