PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: A controller 100 is configured to, when executing boiling-up operation of boiling up water in a tank 10 by a heat pump 50, in a case where it is predicted that a total amount of hot water boiled up by the heat pump 50 is supplied to a hot water use place within a first predetermined time from start of the boiling-up operation, with second specification information stored in a memory 102, specify a second boiling-up setting temperature from an outside temperature measured by a thermistor 103, and execute boiling-up operation so that water in the tank 10 becomes the second boiling-up setting temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
