Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water type hot air heater which suppresses the deterioration of an accuracy for detecting a room temperature by the effect of the valve close delay time of a thermally-actuated valve and the provision of cool feeling to a user.
SOLUTION: When the detected temperature of a room temperature thermister 21 is reduced to a heating lower limit temperature or below, a controller 23 installed in a bathroom heater 4 energizes the thermally-actuated valve 11 to open the thermally-actuated valve 11 and operate a circulating fan 12 and, when the detected temperature of the room temperature thermister 21 is increased to a heating upper limit temperature or above, cuts out the energization to the thermally-actuated valve 11 to close the thermally-actuated valve 11 and stop the circulating fan 12 for heating operation. The controller 23 detects the detected temperature of the room temperature thermister 21 as the ambient temperature of the thermally-actuated valve 11, and stops the operation of a combustion fan 12 when the valve close delay time of the thermally-actuated valve 11 set according to the detected temperature of the room temperature thermister 21 is passed after the energization to the thermally- actuated valve 11 is cut out.
