Hot water supply based upon a target control temperature α corresponding to a set temperature that a user sets is performed in spite of a selection command from an economical operation selection switch to raise a floor heating temperature in a room up to a set temperature Ts that a user sets first, and the hot water supply is carried on until the set time S1 passes. The target control temperature is switched thereafter from α to α-1 which is a predetermined quantity lower, and then hot water supply based upon the target control temperature α-1 is performed. Consequently, the floor heating temperature falls to Ts'. This continues until a set time S2 passes, and the target control temperature is switched down from α-1 to α-2 to perform hot water supply based upon the target control temperature α-2. Consequently, the floor heating temperature falls to Ts".
