Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the strength of the wwld zone, when the forward steel material is weld to the following steel material, between the hot roughing rolling and the hot finishing rolling of the steel material, for the purpose of the continuous rolling, by spreading the powder of chloride, sulfate, etc., of a specified metal, over the faying surface of both steel materials, and then, by thrusiting the needle type material into the lap joint portion for the purpose of tack.
