PURPOSE: To save the space of a parking lot for a plurality of cars by providing a sky garage room which enables a plurality of cars to be parked in the vertical direction of the room.

CONSTITUTION: A sky garage room 20 comprising a rising portion 1B serving as a lower external wall layer and a base 1A as a floor layer is built on the firs floor. The sky garage room 20 is provided with a vehicle placement floor 21 and a lifting mechanism for lifting the vehicle placement floor 21. A rotary shaft 22B is rotated and the vehicle placement floor 21 on which cars are placed is raised halfway in the vertical direction of the sky garage room 20. When the vehicle placement floor 21 is raised in this way, a space is formed between the lower face of the vehicle placement floor 21 and the base 1A of the sky garage room 20 and the next car can be parked in the space.
