Abstract:
PURPOSE: To roast various loose foods without scorching by providing a cooker with a heating means accompanied by a vessel for storing a food to be cooked as well as a reciprocating and stirring means engaged to the vessel for the food. CONSTITUTION: A switch 16, a temperature control knob 18 and a timer control knob 20, etc., are arranged in a cooker. A cooking vessel 30 is supported with a bent supporting surface 24 removably and an electric heater is sealed into a dual wall part 31. A heater element 81 has a form suitable for a heating surface 35 of the vessel 30 to heat uniformly, to both sides of which a layer of an insulating material 83 made of mica or glass fibers, etc., is brought in contact and on an outer side of which a metal plate 85 made of stainless steel is arranged. Furthermore, a stirrer 34 is arranged in such a way that it moves along a curved surface of a vessel bottom surface 32 while separating from or coming close to touch the bottom surface and a partition.
