PURPOSE: To improve the convenience by connecting a display means to a storage means, inputting a call signal containing a name by operating a call switch, and displaying a destination stored in the storage means in accordance with a specified name.

As a result, a signal of the input switch is inputted to a storage means 2, and by the signal of the input switch, the storage means 2 stores a fact that the president goes to the A company on official business. When a telephone call comes from the outside, when the president is specified by depressing a call switch of a display means 3, its signal is inputted to the storage means 2. Since the storage means 2 stores the president's business trip destination, when the signal for specifying the president is inputted, a signal for showing the president's business trip destination is outputted. Subsequently, an output signal of the storage means 2 is transmitted to the display means 3 and its fact displayed in a destination display member.
