The housing body for frozen dough of baked confectionery is so designed as to be also used as an squeezing bag 2a, and is formed as follows: putting baked confectionery dough 3 in a flat storage bag 2 looking like an acute-angled triangle shape on the whole; and freezing the dough together with the storage bag so as to become a triangle-shaped thick plate body. The dough 3 is frozen so as to be storable for a long period of time, and produced in large quantities so that a user can use a required amount of the dough by the units of bags as necessary. An extraction port 22 is formed by cutting the sharpest corner part of the housing body for frozen dough 1. The dough 3 is squeezed out through the extraction port, pouring the dough in a heated cake mold to bake the dough 3 to make the baked confectionery.
