To provide a housing case of which the developing and the housing can be performed by one motion, and also, which can avoid housed articles from slipping out from the bottom, and can effectively prevent refuse from decomposing when being used especially as a refuse housing case, and also, can prevent the installed place from being fouled by refuse coming out refuse bags.

A bottom surface panel and a connecting rod are respectively pivotally connected with a back surface panel and a front surface panel in a manner to be movable between a housing location and a developing location. In this case, at the housing location, the front surface panel and the bottom surface panel come into planar contact with the back surface panel. At the developing location, the front surface panel separates from the back surface panel. One end of a deformable upper surface member is fixed to the upper end section of the back surface panel, and the other end is detachably attached to the upper end section of the front surface panel. Deformable side surface members are attached between respective both ends of the back surface panel and the front surface panel.
