PURPOSE: To obviate the necessity for a special tool and to immediately execute an installation at a using place after a movement by providing a device to place equipment to a case to house equipment such as acoustic equipment and OA equipment.

CONSTITUTION: The case is composed of a lower base D2 to screw a leg edge positioned to be perpendicular to the screw-holding part of an upper base D1 among bidirectional leg bodies towards the lower side of a leg body (x) and to be engaged with the leg edge of the other side so as to be slidable and an oil pressure cylinder OC to be pivotally supported with a shaft bar XJ of the leg body to be slid and engaged with the lower base D2 and to have an advancing and retreating rod CR to advance and retreat with a power from a foot pedal FP. By the power to the foot pedal FP, the advancing and retreating rod CR of the oil pressure cylinder OC is made to advance and retreat, the leg body crossing angle of a leg body X to be pivotally supported to it is changed, thereby, the upper base D1 and lower base D2 are opposedly separated, and a proper height can be obtained. Since a caster G is foldably fitted onto the lower surface of an upward and downward moving device V, the movement of the equipment can be facilitated.
