PURPOSE: To make a support wire and a housing adhere each other rigidly and to prevent the biting of the housing in a cable core by forming the housing at the support wire and at the core in a pressure type extrusion and in a pipe type evacuating extrusion respectively.

CONSTITUTION: A cable core 3, a support wire 4, and a housing 12 are molded unitary through a nipple 10 and a die 11. The end of a cable core passing hole 13 of the nipple 10 has a discrepancy of about 2mm from the end of the die 11, and an evacuating pipe 9 is provided at the part of the core 3. Consequently, the housing 12 is formed without biting in the core 3 in the molding. The end of a support wire passing hole 14 of the nipple 10 and the end of a die land 15 are arranged making a discrepancy of about 1 to 3mm, and the housing 12 is pressed by the support wire 4 to adhere closely each other during the molding.
