Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation that a hole penetrating through a housing is formed and thereby unfailingly prevent oil leakage from a housing interior part when a cup shaped housing is injection molded by a resin.SOLUTION: A housing 7 according to the invention is a resin injection molding integrally having a cylindrical side part 7a and a bottom part 7b which closes one axial end of the side part 7a. A gate mark 7b30 is provided on an end surface 7b3 of the bottom part 7b. A thickness of a portion of the bottom part 7b, in which the gate mark 7b30 is formed, is 1 mm or less. The gate mark 7b30 is a surface molded by a closing member (a needle valve 27) which closes an injection gate 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
