PURPOSE: To satisfactorily secure the ventilation and the sunniness of a room by providing a body like slender box, and a door attached so as to be freely openable/ closeable to this body, and using the door as a partition wall at the time when it is opened.

CONSTITUTION: The housing furniture is constituted of a box-like body 10 formed slenderly, and a door 11 attached so as to be freely openable/closeable to this body through a hinge 12. Also, its door has almost the same surface area as one side face of the body 10, and the outside surface 11a and the inside surface 11b are formed in the same way as a design of the outside surface of the body 10. The housing furniture A formed in such a way is placed side by side in a facing state at a prescribed interval l (about two folds of width of the door 11), and when the doors 11 ar opened by 90 degrees, respectively, a partition wall is formed by these doors, and also, a partition is formed by the whole containing the housing furniture A. In this case, as for the other housing type furniture A', the opening/closing direction of the door is reverse to the housing furniture A as to the left and the right, and although it is desirable to connect and fix each of both the doors by a suitable means, as the case may be, it is also available to utilize them as doors for going in and out without fixing them.
