To ensure the highly effective and accurate transmission of information between the information offerers and the users by providing a storage part which receives and stores the input housing information via a packet network and an application part which uses the stored housing information via the packet network, thereby attaining the unitary application of various housing information.
An input part 1 consists of an optional input device such as a mouse, a keyboard, etc., and is placed in every place of house makers, realtors, etc., which can offer the housing information. The input information are received and stored at a storage part 3 via a packet network 2, a relay station, etc. These housing information stored in the part 3 are called out by an application part 4 at optional timing via the network 2. The part 4 consists of an optional output device such as a CRT, a TV converter, a TV, etc., and is placed in every place of engineer's offices, households of consumers, etc., which use the housing information. Furthermore, both parts 1 and 4 are sometimes placed in the same place such as a realtor, etc.
