To facilitate housing/extraction of a working piece and to extract an attachment tool and the like from a handle without respect to housing or extraction of the working piece.
A pair of plier pieces 12 are supported by means of an open/ close supporting shaft 13 rotationally, while the tip side beyond the open/close supporting shaft 13 in each arm member is used as a chuck piece 14. Each of handles 16 is connected to a handle mounting part 15 on the base end side of the plier piece 12, while an attachment tool is mounted in the inside of the handle 16 freely retractably. The handles 16 are connected together by means of a handle rotational supporting shaft 39 whose axial line crossing the axial line of the open/close supporting shaft 13 at a right angle, and stopper plates 22 are formed in the handle mounting parts 15, so that the handles 16 are rotated only in the opposite directions mutually. In each of the both handles, a housing section is formed, and the jaw piece 14 is stored in the housing section when the handles 16 are half rotated in the opposite directions.
