To provide a housing type paper holder by which data is placed at an ideal position when inputting data on a screen while looking at the data in work with PC etc. and which can be disassembled and housed when finishing the work.

A white board (1) is used at a paper holding part. On the rear face thereof, a small plate (2) is provided floated by a floating board (3). On a rack board (7), a board holding tool (4) is installed, and a guide groove (10) is formed so as to insert the small plate (2). At the rack board (7), a groove (9) for deciding the angle of a board unit (A) is formed in the center part. At the tip of the rack board (7), a plate (8) is provided. A BOX (11) in which the board unit (A) and a rack unit (B) can be housed is provided.
