Abstract:

To provide a residence with a ventilation system allowing that indoor temperature is generally maintained at 18-28°C and humidity is maintained at 40-60% through four seasons with only an auxiliary air conditioner, almost no condensation is formed at any part including underfloor space, a temperature difference between each room including a bathroom, a dressing room, a toilet or the like is small, a floor surface on the ground floor is warm even in winter and no wind blows into the residence.SOLUTION: A whole inner surface of an outer wall 4, a whole outer surface of a foundation 6 and a whole inner surface of a roof 2 are coated with a thermal insulation material 5, a ventilation layer is provided at outside and inside, an inner ventilation layer 12 communicates with the entire space and also communicates with an underfloor space 7, and the underfloor space is sealed except that it communicates with the inner ventilation layer 12, an inner airtightness enclosed by the thermal insulation material 5 and the foundation 6 is arranged to be equal to or less than a corresponding gap area of 0.5 square centimeters/square meters, an exhaust piping is provided, an air inlet 23 is provided at a corridor 14, only an air outlet 24 is provided at a habitable room 13, a structural material, an interior substrate material and interior material 8 are composed of a moisture absorbing and releasing material and all of wood to be used is non-coating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
