Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the flexibility of a skirt and improve the comfortableness to ride in by forming an air stream passing a cylindrical space in the skirt and gushing into an air cushion chamber through holes formed on the skirt. CONSTITUTION:A skirt 14 provided below a main body 12 is fitted around a cushion chamber 16 to the main body 12 so that the cross section of a sheet made of an elastic material is formed nearly in a U-shape. Holes 20 are provideed on both side surfaces of the skirt 14 facing the air cushion chamber 16 and on the surface slightly facing the air cushion chamber 16 from below the front section of the skirt 14. Part of air streams generated by a propeller 26 passes the cylindrical space in the skirt 14 and is gushed into the cushion chamber 16 through the holes 20. The other air streams are discharged backward to generate a propelling force.
