Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focus adjustment method for a camera in an intercom apparatus with the camera which method can shorten an adjustment time of focus of the camera and on top of that hardly causes fluctuation in quality by the product.SOLUTION: A method includes photographing a prescribed adjustment figure with a camera, and after taking in its image data, calculating an evaluation value with a prescribed evaluation function as needed while rotating a body tube 11 to a prescribed direction. In addition, the method includes comparing the evaluation value with a preset threshold value, and continuing to rotate the body tube 11 to the prescribed direction and calculate an evaluation value while the evaluation value is being below the threshold value. Then, when an evaluation value reaches the threshold value or more, the method includes stopping rotating the body tube 11, determining that it is in focus, and fixing the body tube 11 to a lens holder 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
