Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce the time required for the potential of another terminal to be measured to reach a ground potential. [Solution] In the present invention, a processing unit 15 carries out: first measurement processing in which an amplitude ratio RT1 and phase difference θ1 are acquired that have been measured using a vector voltmeter 22 when a first sine wave signal V1 was applied to a terminal 92, zero volts were applied to an amplifier 24, and the signal V1 was used as a reference signal; second measurement processing in which an amplitude ratio RT2 and phase difference θ2 are acquired that have been measured using the vector voltmeter 22 when zero volts were applied to the terminal 92, a second sine wave signal V2 was applied to the amplifier 24, and the signal V2 was used as the reference signal; and amplitude and phase calculation processing in which an amplitude A and phase θ that a second signal source 23 should be set to for the purpose of making an amplitude ratio RT measured by the vector voltmeter 22 zero when the signal V1 is applied to the terminal 92, the signal V2 is applied to the amplifier 24, and the signal V1 is used as the reference signal are calculated from the amplitude ratios RT1, RT2 and phase differences θ1, θ2, and the second signal source 23 is set to the calculated amplitude A and phase θ.
