Abstract:
To provide a method for adjusting a physical quantity sensor device capable of correcting variation in characteristics with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An analog signal that is input from an analog input-output unit 112 to a first conversion unit 106 via wiring 113 is digitized to be used as an initial output value of the first conversion unit 106. Adjustment information for the first conversion unit 106 is calculated on the basis of an error between the initial output value of the first conversion unit 106 and a target output value. Before measuring an initial output value of a physical quantity sensor 101 for calculating initial setting information for a physical quantity sensor device 100, the first conversion unit 106 is adjusted on the basis of the adjustment information for the first conversion unit 106.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
