Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method of a ball screw device capable of preventing occurrence of damage at components of the ball screw device, and improving work efficiency in a screw shaft insertion step.SOLUTION: In a state where a ball 4a positioned at a lower side endmost part of a nut side spiral groove and a crest part 6b positioned at an upper side endmost part of a screw shaft side spiral groove 6 contact with each other, a screw shaft 2 is rotates in a reverse direction to a winding direction of the screw shaft side spiral groove 6, with a vertical distance between the screw shaft 2 and a nut measured. Then, on the condition that a reduction amount of the vertical distance from start of reducing the vertical distance exceeds a predetermined threshold, it is determined to be an engagement phase, and the screw shaft 2 is rotated in the same direction as the winding direction of the screw shaft side spiral groove 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
